Very good breakfast, lots of choices.. Great excursion facilities and services with the Massif desk. Amazing selection of food and drinks at resto bar. The tired legs massage at the spa was great after the base Torres hike. The spa, pool and sauna were really nice too and very good staff at the hotel and spa! Definitely felt pampered and well looked after, after a long day of excursions.

Fantastic location and great host + staff. Unfortunately we only had time for one night before we camped in the park. Had a nice walk with 2 local guides: the Konkashen Dogs. Breathtaking views that wet the appetite to get into the national park. Patrick attends to each guest with he patience and great advice. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge and enjoyed it as well.

Perfect place! Open your day with the view of the Torres from bed. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The pictures from the app don't reflect the real beauty of this place.

Such a charming, cozy property with great views of Torres del Paine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed at 4 different places on our trip through Patagonia, and this was by far our favorite.

Epic stunning views! It’s a trip & many hikes worth making. Wish we could spend more time amongst the mountains and/or drive around exploring without having to worry about the lack of petrol station in TNP. The roads are mostly gravel with many many pot holes! Good to see sectors of the roads are being re-surfaced during our trip.

There are no shops or petrol stations near the park so stock up with what you need before leaving Puerto Natales. The hotel at Lago Grey has a decent restaurant that let us walk in - a nice place for a snack before the boat trip to the glacier (which was good fun)

The park and vistas are fantastic! We rode horses very nearby which was also wonderful! I just wish this park was a little easier to get to. The restaurant at this lodge was great - great food and wonderful service!

    Postcard views in all directions!

Postcard views in all directions! Beautiful mountains, glaciers, turquoise lakes, wow! Hiking is superb, for all levels; there are short and easy hikes, and there are ultimately difficult and strenuous hikes that would challenge anyone. We did a bit of both (not too strenuous, but I hiked/ran up to the Mirador Las Torres and it was enough for me and I am pretty fit). I didn’t research Chile or Torres del Paine before we booked and I am totally blown away by the diversity of its landscapes, the good wines, the good food, and the good people here. Totally recommended..!

We did day walks not the W or O trails.

We did day walks not the W or O trails. Weather is a key factor and we had snow, rain and beautiful clear skies over 4 days. If doing the Mirador Torres be at the start by 8:30 or earlier. The v fit can do the walk in 7 hours or so. We took 8 1/2 , finishing around 6pm. We did shorter walks too, morning and afternoon, and had great views of the mountains and iceberg on lake grey.

    Torres del Paine too vast.

Torres del Paine too vast. You need a sturdy car not only to get to the amazing popular places but also to maneuver on some of the unpaved and gravel roads. There are few places to eat and hardly any grocery stores, so stock up on food before entering the park.

Beautiful hotel just outside the entrance to Torres del Paine NP. The swimming pool was great after a day out walking and the view from the pool area is sublime. Selection for breakfast was outstanding and the two evening meals we had at the hotel were also pretty good. We had a standard plus room on the top floor with a deluxe window that gave a great view of the mountains. Only downside was the lift went just to the floor below.

Very nice crew. Cheap for Torres del Paine (vs 500 to 2000€ per night in the park). Clean, hot water every day for the showers. Dormitory was not full all nights. Dinners are good. No more pricey than any other locations in Chili. Only 15 mns walk from Porteria Amarga where you can take shuttles.

Location is obviously amazing, you are viewing the whole Torres del Paine from your bedroom window. Breakfast was very nice. There are options for food in the hotels around Rio Serrano so you don't have to only stay here for food.
