The hotel staff was exceptional. Everything about the Langham hotel is always amazing. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

Historically known as Canton and China’s third largest city, Guangzhou is the birthplace of the most popular types of Chinese cuisine such as iconic wonton soup and dim-sum.     I really enjoyed the food in Guangzhou — I ate a lot! I’d definitely recommend people try the dim sum and late-night snacks. The Canton Tower is huge, and the night view of Guangzhou is amazing. The only thing I didn’t like much was the weather, it’s quite hot and humid.

    The choice of restaurants was good and the food quality was excellent. We went for business primarily. It’s not a city I would choose for tourism. Extremely disappointed with the Canton Tower experience. Most certainly wouldn’t waste your money on this.

    Guangzhou is a busy city.

    Guangzhou is a busy city. Very crowdy and bustles with activity. The subway is always busy and worse at peak hours. Chinese are generally friendly but their reaction to a black person makes me laugh. Especially the elderly and children

    A Fantastic City - Perfect City with Link Metro subway system the moment one step out from BaiYun International Airport. Plenty of delicious food worth for Money. One can really feel the Charm of Beautiful GuangZhou City walking around Pedestrian Street especially individual personal Safety. Feel Proud, Happily & Safely walking around the City-without Fear of being disturb or rob. Try the Night Ferry Cruise enjoy the beautiful lighting along the Pearl River. Worth For Money.

Getting help with every query. Fantastic location for those visiting the Canton Fair. Great metro connection from the airport and the hotel rents several buses free of charge for fair participants. There are many restaurants around the hotel and everything is within reach. Thank you for your warm welcome during my 1st visit to China

    It's located at the city centre, can easily access a lot of tourist places like Beijing road, Tianzhi port, Dafoshi, Shengxin Cathedral and 200m away from rail( Haizhu Guangchang - F exit). Shamian Island and Chan clan ancestral hall is also 4-5 stations away from the hotel. The hotel provide free laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron.

    This isn't a fancy hotel but great if you need to stay somewhere for a layover or as a in between for going into town. They have an amazing 24 h shuttle from and to the airport which was so so handy and worked great. Staff made everything we asked for happen. Cheap not great but perfect for what we searched for.
