Fenghuang is really nice.
Fenghuang is really nice. We've traveled a lot around China and people have been very friendly. One aspect of Fenghuang that we like was that it doesn't seem to get many western tourists nor has it changed to accommodate them --- for the better. The tourist maps tend to be in Chinese (only) which works but travelers should try to have some level of awareness of what to see and do --- that said, it's really nice just wandering the streets and alley ways without much of a plan.Guest review byKyleUnited States

The river and all main spots were in walking distance. The neighborhood was also full of nice restaurants. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very helpful. Veronica helped to book a car to pick us up from the airport and we got early check-in.
