The location is amazing ,just next to the Baofeng Lake. Here is a beautiful swimming pool and creek, as well as the spectacular Avatar mountain. they will you drop you off at the national forest park (few minutes by drive in the morning ) . Everything was perfect and we wished our stay there lasted longer.

The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the national park entrance. Surrounded by different restaurants and the food street is just one block away. The owner and staff was very nice and helpful, like staying with family. They helped arrange train station pick up, arranged taxi, and pre ordered tickets to national park and grand canyon. The hotel also has free laundry service which was very helpful.

The location of the Hotel was very good,5minutes walk from park. Rooms were very clean and bed was soft(not easy in China).The staff were very, very helpful, especially thanks to Carol, She helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages. The location is great , located in the main town ,closet to all of the scenic area. Walking distance to the Baofeng Lake, free shuttle to the park, the room was well-designed, new hotel and comfortable room with voice control. There are many restaurants and shop around the hotel. The service also was amazing. Lily was amazing as she helped us organize all of our tours before we come and took care of all the bookings we needed, helped to get best local experience for our trip in zhangjiajie.

This place is a total gem! The location can't be beat – just a 2-minute walk to the park. The front desk staff is amazing; they spoke great English and helped us book tickets and plan our day. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee, and the gym was a nice bonus. So many restaurants and shops right downstairs. Highly recommend for an easy and fun trip!​
