United KingdomJorge was waiting for us at the gate and helped us with our bags and showed us around the apartment and the grounds. Jorge was incredibly helpful with showing us where to eat and the next day giving us a lift to the bus station and helping us with our tickets, it would have been a long winded experience without his excellent English. He’s a fantastic host.

AustraliaBreakfast was delicious, and dinner was so nice as well. We loved the lake and the Victoria Amazonia. (Giant water Lily). They have some great spots for kids to play and a great natural pool. Chlorine free. The staff are very helpful, friendly and informative. They have a couple of boats and kayaks to use on the lake and we saw a Chocuaco, the famous bird.
