Willemstad is very nice and colorful city. I loved floating market. Curious thing happened to me when I was parking a car I rented. I did not have coins and parking watches do not accept credit cards. An old man is siting on the parking and he is eating his sandwich. He calls me and gives me a coin to pay parking. It is a beautiful town, gorgeous beaches. Prices are average for the Caribbean. Public transport is not reliable, therefore, renting a car is the best option to go to the beaches and to move around. Very nice city, vibrant and beautiful. The scenery is amazing. People are nice and friendly. There are multiple restaurants and places to visit. The location is very quiet and safe. The room was nice, airco working perfectly, good beds and with a fridge to store some food. We also liked the swimming pool and the rooftop/veranda where we spent quite some time. And a special thanks to Simône who took very well care of us with a varied breakfast each day, a smile, and some useful tips for things to do in Curacao. Everything you would need for your holiday is available on the property. A big supermarket only a short ride away in case you want to cook for yourself. I'd say for Curaçao, with a car, it's a perfect location. Even the furthest sights and beaches of the island are only half an hour away.
