The location of the hotel. So close to everything: 20 min to Ski resort , 10 min Ostrov, Karlovy Vary 20 min, delicious restaurant 10 min. Free private parking. Great price to value combination. A lot of ski/snowboard rentals in the city.. Rooms are small, but you have everything you need after day on the slopes to relax, dry out and to sleep. Decent food available either in the hotels restaurant or nearby. Its a city center, where "city" is one central street :)) Car parking available. Slopes for kids and for learning right nearby. If wished bigger slopes variation, then Klinovec is 10 minutes drive by car. DE/CZ speaking personnel :)

Lovely staff. We had a wonderful stay. Everything is new and very clean. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area, separate bedroom and large bathroom with separated toilet room. The views are beautiful from every window. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast was nice. This property was very dog and baby friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet place on a dead-end street. Comfortable free private parking. No hassle check-in – you’ll just receive a PIN via SMS prior to arrival – no need to contact/wait for anybody. The whole place was precisely clean but still cozy. Spacious room for skis/bikes with loops to lock your stuff and power outlets to charge e-bikes. The small kitchen had everything to cook a quick meal. The whole place was very quiet during my stay – probably cause the majority of guests were active during the day and wanna rest in the evening. In summary – everything was top notch and I will gladly return.
