We arrived late, after the official check-in hours, but everything was fine thanks to automated check-in. The rooms were very nice, spacious and very clean. The location was outside of the center, but was great for our purposes and the views in the front and from the balcony were great. Overall, it was a great experience and when in the area, I would stay there again.

Perfect place for a visit to Erfurt! Excellent location, short walk to many landmarks, close to tram and old city. Cafés and restaurants literally in front of the accommodation. The bed was super comfortable and check-in was easy. Coffee, tea and toiletries were provided . Our luggage was stored from Check-out until afternoon so we could explore the city even more. Great place to stay - we can highly recommend it.

The hotel was perfect. The entire hotel had a very new feeling. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered my questions about the city and where to eat dinner on the day we arrived. Our room was lovely and very clean. We only stayed one night as we were on a road trip and weren't able to spend time in Erfurt. I definitely would recommend H2 Hotel Erfurt. Parking was very convenient, too, which is always a bonus.
