Pretty much everything! Location, clean room (although carpet was a bit damaged, but clean) Loved the fact that they gave us two dog bowls with treats and two dog blankets- very nice touch. Additional charge for dogs was reasonable. Great places around the hotel to walk your fur-babies. Very close to the motorway but also very quiet. Fantastic coffee and tea facilities in the room. The receptionist was super nice and helpful! Did not use the restaurant but read some really good reviews.

Ideal location being basically joined to the train station. The room was quite basic but it was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. If you stay here, you’ve got to try tastyy (about 2 minutes from the hotel)

The house was so warm and comfortable. All the amenities looked new and all items placed were well thought of. There were soft carpets and beddings & extra blankets, and we loved the shower! Kitchen had everything you need with high quality appliances. We very much enjoyed our short stay and would stay here again.
