I liked the traditional German atmosphere whilst also having lovely well sized modern rooms (they must have been refurbished recently, the rooms & bathroom were ‘brand new’) Had a nice evening with a buffet and wine tasting.

We were traveling with our small daughter, and -in contrast to other hotels we have been to before- we found the crip perfectly equipped with a changing table, pillow and comforter, and sheets in our room when we checked in, which was perfect. The building previously belonged to the post and is located close to the Porta Nigra and is very nicely renovated. The rooms are not only stylish but also very practical and offer a lot of space. There is a huge selection for breakfast - from scrambled eggs to fruits and cornflakes.

I really liked the location—it was very convenient and not far from the main attractions. The parking was easy and accessible, which made things even more comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my rental car, and they went out of their way to help me contact the rental company and resolve the problem. I had a fantastic experience at Vienna House in Trier! The hotel was super clean, and the staff were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent cafe and food options. A thoughtful touch was the apples they left in the hanging door bag. Definitely a 10-star experience
