We only stayed overnight our last night in Europe. Visited Meersburg Castle, the Stilthouse Museum, and other places in the area. We bought our own food mostly due to dietary restrictions, but enjoyed apfel strudel with whipped cream and gelato near the ferry dock.Guest review byKenUnited States

Markdorf is a great little town, with everything you need - supermarket, couple of good restaurants and a decent coffee shop. Clean and spacious, big bedrooms with comfortable beds, beautiful living room with balcony, bathroom with powerful shower and hot water, and a very nice kitchen with everything you need, even a perfect coffee machine!
