I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. Hotel is old but I’m good repair, all areas was well maintained, our Concierge Jose is an excellent guy, the beach is clean but with rocks, and different options to eat and food was really worth it.

This was a beautiful resort. The staff were excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved the pizza on the beach, the pools were beautiful. The drinks were great. The food was okay. We enjoyed lunches the most.
