This comfort and clean hotel has various good respects. First of all, every staff are very kind and helpful, especially the receptionist is wonderful who explained about the hotel and all points of the Granada. He explains attractions and places to go and how without any direct offer of the hotel. Second,, location is good. It has good approach to the historic area without crowd mess. Third, room condition is very good. Clean, warm and cozy, Finally, I have to touch with the staff. They gave me a late check-out and I enjoy the final times in Granada. The room maid found us and gave my lost charger in the cafeteria.

    The hotel is perfect for those arriving by car, as there's a lot of free parking spaces around the area, outside from the noise of the city. In front of the hotel there is the tram stop, you can take it to reach Granada city centre, in about 35 mins (the price is 3 euro two rounds). The room and the toilet are nice and clean.
