The room is right next to the Ciudad de las Artes, and we had a lovely view on it from our room. There is a bus stop very near, which makes it easy to travel to the city centre and the beach. The staff is exceptional - the front desk is so friendly and helpful. We received great food recommendations, handy tips for visiting attractions, and they helped us with any question we had (such as taxi, and transparent advise)

difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

Hotel situated next to Bonaire shopping centre, perfect for our Christmas shopping visit. Great variety of shops with several sensibly priced restaurants at the shopping centre. Access to the hotel and shopping centre directly from the A3 with plenty of free parking on site.

The hotel itself is ok in a functional way, as is the room. The location is on an industrial estate at the airport perimeter, and is a five to ten minute drive to the terminal. There is free but limited parking outside the hotel in a private car park. The room itself was just a bed with a large table and couch fixed to the wall, a wardrobe, and a small plastic bathroom. A good size TV is on the wall. The bed mattress was fairly good. The staff were wonderfully polite and professional.

Our family arrived at the hotel very late to check in. The long-haired female staff at the reception desk had a first-class smile and cheerful working attitude. She also arranged for us to buy tickets for the aquarium and science museum immediately. We will definitely come back to stay again.

The hotel location was near the office location where I attended a workshop training. The hotel was nice and modern and there was a shopping mall behind the hotel, which was a plus. The staff were superb, helpful and friendly. Real value for money.
