We stayed at this hotel last weekend with my girlfriend, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely touch — a small but incredibly delicious chocolate waiting for us. The location is simply perfect, right next to one of the city’s main attractions, making it super convenient for exploring Valencia. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed.

I like everything about this hotel, all details are so beautiful and designed with a taste. You can either spend some time to chill nearby the pool and enjoy the sunset in the garden or have a nice, peaceful dinner. Great staff, they are very welcoming, helpful, so kind and solution oriented. Room was very clean and chic, was very comfortable too. I recommend everyone who is looking for a nice escape from busy life and rest!

This is a limited reception service hotel, so I got instructions how to access the hotel/room for my 1am arrival. The hotel was very quick to respond. The check in was done remotely. My room was comfortable and clean, good bedding, comfortable mattress/pillows. I liked the design feel of it and the little French balcony. There is tea/coffee in the room and a small fridge, but there is also a coffee machine on the mezzanine floor and a vending machine by the entrance. There is also a wonderful roof terrace. I liked the location, it is in a quieter corner, but still central, a 10min walk to the cathedral/market and other main sites. The Belles Artes museum is across the park and the park is just across the road.
