Observe the feeding of vultures in the morning is a very impressive activity. Thank you to the owners for theirs explanation and passion. To quote the owner, the observatory is not an hotel but a place dedicated to vultures. So do not expect high level of confort and services as provided in an hotel. It was sufficient for us, but others might have highest expectation.

Stunning location 1/2 mile up a track off a quiet road! The hotel has been decorated by the owner, leaving nothing to chance with lots of interesting artefacts from her travels. The staff were brilliant and attentive especially in reception. Common areas of the hotel were beautifully thought through Quality of the food was excellent and exceptionally tasty.

The hotel is extremely well renovated, with attention for details. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The food at the restaurant is great too, just like breakfast. The location is marvelous, just slightly off the beaten path with a bumpy road leading down to the river front.

The hotel is in an excellent position, right next to the cathedral and castle. Free parking is nearby but do not follow the directions given by google maps. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and breakfast was great with plenty of options for a continental breakfast.

A fabulous little town. The hotel was very nice and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A great variety of food available at breakfast. We had free parking although I’m not sure if this was because we were on motorcycles.

The apartment is in one of the best settings in Valderrobres, right next to the bridge over the river and a lovely view of the castle from the top bedroom which also had a nice terrace.

Right in the centre of Valderrobres it was ideal for exploring all the attractions the village has to offer. It was of good size, very clean and bed was uber comfortable.

Lovely old hotel with colourful rooms. Excellent location on the main square and views over the river and bridge. Very kind staff who alerted me to my forgetfulness!

The breakfast was excellent. The host was very friendly and was a mine of information about the local area. The hotel was beautifully decorated in a period style.

In a quiet location. Staff were excellent. Hotel was very clean. Good choice for evening meal, the waiter was very helpful in explaining the dishes on offer.
