1) The size of the bed! A queen size bed (as claimed by the receptionist) usually cannot cope with my size measurements as I am a tall person, BUT (Surprise! Surprise!) this "Queen-size bed" indeed cope with my size and every night, I could rest with a lot of quality. 2) The excellent sheer size of the shower basin! Absolutely amazing! Better than some 5-star hotels that I have visited during my business trips! Also an excellent note to the shower system itself! Equipped with an "over-the-head waterfall" plus a typical shower handle with a lot of water pressure! What can one ask more for to start a new day of work!

This was an exceptional stay, with the personal efforts, kindness and generosity of Bertand and his sister. We were served an unforgettable dinner as we arrived late, followed up by a beautifully set table and food for breakfast. The location and views was the most beautiful we experienced during our travels, and the history of the property is told wonderfully by Bertand. The location provides wonderful walks, and the local pastry shop was one of the best. You would be missing out if you dont visit this place.

Lovely looking house in a beautiful location. Secluded from the (very quiet) road behind a gate, with private lawns back and front. The house was clean and comfortable with everything you’d need for a pleasant stay. Great location - a bit remote but close enough to Honfleur and many other nice places to make day trips very doable. 10 min walk from the Seine. Recommended
