Exceptional - A Perfect Stay I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel. My recent visit was truly memorable, and two aspects, in particular, stood out. First, the breakfast was extraordinary! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever experienced. The variety, quality, and freshness of the options were truly impressive, and it was such a delightful start to each day. Second, the bed was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring, sinking into such a plush and supportive bed was pure bliss. I slept exceptionally well every night, which is a rare treat when traveling. Also, It was a truly delightful culinary experience! The fish was superb, and the overall atmosphere of the brasserie was just perfect. Combining the outstanding dinner with the extraordinary breakfast and that incredibly comfortable bed, your hotel truly offers a complete and luxurious experience. Every aspect of my stay has been exceptional. Thank you once again for your remarkable hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

First of all location is great, we were able to walk like 15 minutes from central train station to hotel and also like 4-5 minutes walk from Little Venice district. Special thanks to Mr. Ivan who helped us for an early check in and the welcome gifts were pleasing. Room is clear and comfy and the breakfast was delicious.

Impressive facility with immediate access for walks in the forests. Restaurant can't cope with the number of guests so book early or you'll need transport as the hotel is a fair walk from the village and 5km to Eguisheim where there's tons of places to go eat. The hotel bedroom was modern and clean. Nice big bathrrom and balcony, although the floors are like steps up the hill so your balcony is overlooking the one below. Late nite talkers and smokers can be disturbing. Excellent swimming pool with spa facilities for massage, hamman and sauna all very modern. Lacks Alsatian character but if you prefer modern facilities its great, highly recommendable

The style of the hotel was beautiful and elegant. The spa and swimming pool were such a welcome respite before and after days of shopping and walking. The rooms were large and comfortable The hotel was set in a beautiful location and the staff despite our language barriers were helpful and accommodating. The hotel recommended Antonia as a taxi service and he was both a game changer and life saver for our group. He was extremely flexible picking us up within 10 minutes at any destination.

This hotel was excellent, the design and art in the hotel was of very well taste and style, the SPA area was like it never been used, extreme clean, the sauna looked like never been used, no stains of sweat or water use, The pool was a dream. the restaurant is worth a 5 star, excellent food. Breakfast amazing with so many choices

Rachel is a fantastic host. She make us feel at home and taken care of us with a very good breakfast and plenty of tips for our stay. The room was ok, comfortable and cozy. The house is in Husseren-les-Châteaux, 5 minutes away from Heguishem, one of the most beautiful and cited villages of Alsace.

Really nice chateau that was adapted to a hotel. It is extremely well maintained - renovated and well maintained. The pool is warm and suitable for kids being not so chlorinated. The food is on a very good level, while staff really try their best to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable.
