Yannick and his team were amazing - our car had broken down and we arrived in a state and by taxi. From the first moment they took us under their wings, looked after us, helped us communicate with the breakdown/repair garages, re-organised their diary so that we could stay for 5 nights rather than the original 1 night - one of the 4 extra nights Yannick found us a room close by as the hotel was full but we were still able to use the hotel facilities. They were simply amazing and we are very grateful. The breakfasts were brilliant - so much choice and the best almond croissants ever! The pool area was lovely, gardens beautiful and our room for the last 2 nights had a spa bath and our own private terrace which we took advantage of one night with a lovely cheese and charcuterie board prepared by the lovely Flavis. Although the hotel does not do dinner it does these boards, ice creams and snacks and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this hotel for work purposes on a number of occasions.We have arrived at midnight and they have been very accommodating.We have a large van and have always been able to park.There is a large supermarket and a McDonald’s within walking distance.We also walked to a the nearby village in the evening for food.The hotel is just off the motorway.It is very clean and quiet and the staff are always excellent.We would highly recommend

Amazing experience to have a lovely afternoon nap in the garden, looking to a magnificent view. Followed by a romantic candle lit dinner, with delicious food. Especially desserts were great. To have a nice walk in the premices after dinner and wake up early to watch the sunrise is a must. Planning to go back soon.

It's a very cosy apartment with a nice balcony, comfortable beds and all needed facilities. The grocery and local bakery are pretty close. I'd recommed it to go to Rouen, Etretat, Honfluer.

The surrounding areas ,towns villages are absolutely...

The surrounding areas ,towns villages are absolutely beautiful .unfortunately the house was awful .it was dirty and very poorly maintained if at all.we arrived late due to the ferry and customs.i received wrong information for the keys location and with minimal french speaking managed to get a nearby resident to source the location of the key fob .when entering the house there was urine in the pan .we went to bed after unloading both cars and when we woke in the morning to our horror .there was rat poo by the back door ,a filthy kitchen which was unusable unless you wanted to risk being ill .old food in the fridge and freezer .a unusable hoover so I had to purchase one .this was totally unacceptable and will never stay here again .the house needs modernising.there are sockets hanging off the walls upstairs which are quite clear dangerous .there are no local amenities that are less 30mins walk away .the bedding is old and tired .the oven only had one shelf which had to be scrubbed .

Jumièges was a lovely stop over location close to Rouen.

Jumièges was a lovely stop over location close to Rouen. There were several bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. A great shop offering cheeses, meats and local cider. Jumièges Abbey is the main draw to this small village. The village is very close to the river Seine. We ate at Le Rocket which served a great choice of french cusine. Wine, Beer and Cider were all great.

Receptionist was very helpful with local information. Comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Tranquil and peaceful. Great for relaxation. The swimming pool is an added bonus and Reception offers towels. Breakfast was excellent value with many locally produced products. A beautiful location and a haven of relaxation. Good bike storage. Jumieges is beautiful and a short walk from the hotel takes you to the banks of the Seine.

We travelled to the hotel on bicycles as we were bike packing in France. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a fabulous setting and close to the town to access restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious.
