I know morzine since 2014, never been to better place than neve. Facilities are beyond expectations, pool and spa are amazing. Room is medium in size but perfect shower and beds.

The staff were really nice, professional, and helpful. They had everything covered. Despite the Tour de France taking place, the location was just far enough at the end of the hoopla that it remained fairly quiet. Yet, you were just a few minutes walk away from everything. I really liked my room's balcony overlooking the main thoroughfare into Morzine. It provided a great place to relax as the temps cooled down. I'm not a skier but I would definitely go back there just to hang out in the area in the fall - before it begins to snow.

Great comfort of bed Exceptional empathy of the night receptionist (that kind man with glasses). We had an issue on the road and we finally arrived at 1am and departed 3 hours later to get our boat. The kind auditor prepared us a take-away breakfast and we enjoyed every bites of our breakfast This kind of gesture worth a billion when you are very tired. This hotel exceeded our expectations! It had great facilities and a great, home away from home atmosphere. The pool, sauna, steam and shower facilities were excellent (I'd prefer the pool a TAD warmer in winter ;) The food for breakfast and in the restaurant was fab. The ski room was brilliant, bar area lovely and spacious, the games area really well looked after. Honestly, couldn't fault it! The views from our balcony were the best, the room comfortable and not too warm.
