We really liked how close it was to the train station as we only stayed one night on our travels elsewhere. But, it was a reasonable walk in the morning to the market and the lovely center of town. We would definitely love to return and stay here again if we do. The room and bed were comfortable. We loved having our own private patio and the common terrace as well.

My Wife and I arrived on bicycles after a long day on our bikes and Vincent the owner contacted us by text to give us information on hotel access, so we didn't have to worry about arrival time. Our bikes were stored in a safe secure area and we collapsed into our lovely large room. The hotel is right in the centre of Narbonne and a short stroll from all sights and restaurants. Vincent's colleague, Claire was very helpful identifying all the places to visit including the Charles Trenet museum and we enjoyed chatting with Claire about our visits. Claire was particularly considerate in listening to our efforts at speaking French. Loved this hotel and our stay was made all the more enjoyable by Vincent's and Claire's enthusiastic help and welcome.

The location made getting to and from stores, restaurants easy to do. I believe the name of the woman who helped us get checked in was named, Clair. She was wonderful and made us feel comfortable by providing pertinent information about the area. I would gladly stay there again.

Breakfast was brought right to our room/patio/courtyard area for my family. This made the morning mush more relaxing. Also, the breakfast was fresh, plentiful, a must in my opinion. The rooms were well equipped, very clean, nicely decorated and had enough space for luggage and personal items. The front desk staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
