The location was local for us, but worth a stay, the hotel was beuatiful and alll the staff went out of their way to be nore than helpful. the room was amazing, the Spa was excelent, the setting of the hotel is so peaceful.

We had a lovely stay at the Udny Arms hotel. The room was clean, fresh and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. On arrival some chocolate chip cookies were left in the room for us to enjoy. (Which were amazing) Dinner at the restaurant was great, honestly the tuna tartare was the best I had in a very long time. Breakfast was great as well, there were some juices and cereals available, but next to that it was possible to order something from the breakfast menu, which had a lot of options. The quality was as good as we had at dinner, and it really filled you up for a good portion of the day. Truly a very luxurious breakfast and dinner. The owner was incredibly friendly and gave us quite some history lessons about what we could find in the region, and elsewhere in Scotland. He made us feel very much at home. The seal beach is very easily accessible from the hotel, with only a short walk to the beach.

Sauna and pool are excellent and very well maintained. The owner/manager, Gavin, was the perfect host and attended to details personally and immediately. Can't recommend him highly enough !

    It was relatively near to the beach, scenic views, farm right opposite that makes you feel the countryside. The Cock and Bill restaurant food was to die for. The staff very warm and welcoming. The catering for our dog was exceptional.

    Beautiful bar and restaurant, very friendly staff. Rooms and ensuites very spacious clean. Senary is beautiful, beach is near, I would love to go again in winter when the weather is stormy and the fires are roaring with a wee dram.

    Lovely accommodationa for one night mear the sea. The reataurant is cozy and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend for a family of 3-4 traveling north of Aberdeen.
