The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming and the staff was excellent. Everybody was so kind and helpful. The new owners had just opened the hotel a couple weeks before we arrived and the upgrades they had done were exquisite, a beautiful mix, new yet still with the British old charm. Beautiful breakfast menu, home cooked and delicious.

    I found Bembridge full of surprises , I came across the last windmill on the island, the beach is so nice , the people are so friendly and very helpful, I felt welcome and safe. There was a book on Bembridge in the flat I rented and it was so interesting that I have ordered a copy for myself.

    Had breakfast at Little Foxes Tea Rooms in Bembridge village. So good we returned every morning. .Otherwise we toured the Island to visit some of the popular attractions. One of the best evening meals we had was at the Propeller Bembridge

    Been visiting Bembridge now for the last nine years and have always found it peaceful and relaxing and a great area with dog. All three places we ate in accepted the dog, The Village Inn, The Birdham and Barbosa. Beach great for walking the dog on.

    I have been visiting IOW for years as parents lived there.

    I have been visiting IOW for years as parents lived there. I hadn’t been to stay in Benbridge but I was disappointed how far we had to travel to find things for my teenage grandson to do. I disliked travelling up and down unlighted hills to get to Ryde and Newport where most of the things my teenage grandson liked to do were there. With hindsight this site was more geared to younger children.

    Didn’t see that much of Bembridge as comprises of beach resorts, the one we stayed at was Away Resorts, but plenty of walks and a bus service There is also a beach Cafe at Whitecliff , but was not open beginning of July There are no toilets on beach

    I loved this little apartment! It was the perfect size with everything I needed for a few days away. The bed was supremely comfortable, the shower was great and it was very private. It really felt like coming home each day after I'd been out and about.The village of Bembridge is lovely, one of the nicest places on the IOW in my opinion. The beach was great and the lifeboat station is well worth a visit .

    All of it was great! The hotel is very nicely decorated & stylish. Rooms large & clean. Food was excellent & very well served. But the main asset is the staff, who were absolutely superb from start to finish. Especially Anthony who went above & beyond.
