Very spacious ,very clean place and very good breakfast. The view from our room was breathtaking. The host, Kim was very friendly and helpful . We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend Kimcraigan B&B.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The Lodge is so charming and romantic, yet luxurious. Extremely clean and very tastefully designed. Views of the lake are unparalleled. The staff is also so kind and they treated us like family - we arrived very late and left quite early, as a result we missed breakfast and the hotel owner himself still brought us some coffee and personally prepared snacks for the way. They really went above and beyond. It will always remain such a nice memory for our trip. Please stop there if you are in the region.

Actually the hotel was not operating during the period. So they moved us to the other hotel which is under the same umbrella towards Inverness, since we booked earlier than their decision. We enjoyed the hotel, room, dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent in many ways. During that period, the hotel was actually closed. Consequently, we were asked to be relocated to another hotel affiliated with the same group, between Inverness and the Clansman. We had a delightful experience at the alternative hotel, enjoying our accommodations, dinner, and breakfast. The staff exhibited excellence in various aspects of service.

Bonus there was a hot tub!! Had a beautiful view and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub unwinding after a busy day. I had trouble finding the spot and the hostess was so patient with me.

    Lovely spacious cottage with amazing views over Loch ness. Short 2 minutes walk to nearby hotel and under the underpass to Loch shore. It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and ample parking. We were visited daily by the local deer and others had seen red squirrels. We kept an eye out for Nessie without success. Kitchen had useful facilities/ utensils. Bathroom had a bath and shower separately. The cottage caught the sun throughout the day so was lovely and warm.

    Stayed at Kim's with my wife, daughter and a befriended couple for 4 nights. We've been to alot of B&B's and hotels, but we've never met a kinder soul. Kim is just the best, she gave us a warm welcome, made sure we were comfortable fr the duration, made us all breakfast to suit our needs and even went above and beyond when my wife had a dental health emergency. A well deserved 10 points from me accross the board. We'd be happy to visit again. Thank you Kim
