Everything. Lovely room, good breakfast, excellent service and very accomodating staff. No wish was left unanswered and every need tended to. Quiet location but close to the city, either by car or public transport. Perfect for a longer stay or a weekend trip, alone or with a family.

I mean, there's barely anything to dislike in this place, I think it did more than what I was expecting, specially the tea and coffee facilities in the lounge with unlimited drinks.... To be able to prepare myself a cup of hot chocolate, which was wonderful 😍, wherever I wanted was amazing! The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, it was well isolated both noise and heating. The garden around is just beautiful, there's a picture of it covered in snow, looks majestic. The breakfast oh the breakfast 🤤, one of the best English breakfasts I've had.

Set in the woodlands beautiful landscape. Great spa facilities we also used a Wowcher voucher which was great value for money. Restaurant food was also lovely and staff were so helpful

    Very poor, disgustingly dirty, with staff who shout at you rather than talk at a normal volume. Marked/stained bed sheets, dried noodle in throw, facel matter on toilet seat, mildew and mould on tiles and windows, damaged doors and chipped wood in wardrobes.

    Overall awful experience, staff are rude and abrupt .Not made welcome at all.Booked 3 nights and on reflection we should have left after 1st night.We have enjoyed many stays at this hotel.But has gone down in levels of service massively.

    X84 bus stops outside which takes approx 40 mins to get to...

    X84 bus stops outside which takes approx 40 mins to get to Leeds centre. If going to the arena you want to be off at stand Merrion C. The last bus back to hotel from Leeds Merrion was approx 23:15 and the bus stop is to the left of Walkabout, just make sure you are at the right one for X84, you want to be off at Bramhope Church Hill.

    Stayed 1 night, Lots of people checking in could not access their rooms due to key cards not working. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, did not get much sleep. Car park was packed with 2 large coaches taking up lots of room. Drove round 3 car parks several times before someone departing vacated a spot. Car park appears to be used for airport parking long stay. Bathroom was tiny, had a problem getting in due to tight access round the door. Would not stay here again.

    I really wish we were only there for one night, I don’t think it was the best of places to stay at, if I had known this would happen I would not stay there, no customer services spent most of my time waiting to speak to reception and not really getting any help

    very beautiful area i would recommend staying in the city centre if you don’t drive as my journeys took about 1hr 30 using public transport and from 7-25 mins in the car, you basically can’t walk the bus is your bestie or uber

    The receptionist mixed up the keys to our room with someone else’s room. The other lady wasn’t happy that we went in to her apartment. Our apartment smell of smoke and dampness. We had an early flight and we paid extra to check in a room and have a good sleep. We slept for 15 minutes when the fire alarms started. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Overpriced.

    Basic hotel with friendly staff and clean sheets. I would say that the main issue was the terrible lighting level, especially in the bar areas (far too bright and uninviting). Otherwise it's a good inexpensive stop over.
