The location is heavenly with beautiful views, a coop next door, and many great choices for dining a short walk away. The unit is completely charming. From looking at pictures, I had thought it might be kitschy, but it is delightful. So much attention to detail and humor and color. The views from each window are beautiful. We loved the dvd collection of Scots related films. We didn’t want to leave.

Gorgeous quiet stay! This Inn has such charm, it’s a wonderful choice for Lochranza! The staff were all so helpful and friendly, answering questions about bus service and sharing their local expertise. We could see the castle ruins from our window! The pub below had delicious food, and local brews on tap. The distillery is about a mile away, such a great experience!

Brodick is a nice little place on the beautiful island of Arran and is well worth a visit for a day trip, a weekend or longer. Arran in general is a great place for a short or long trip to get away from things on the mainland for a bit. just watch out for the midges in the evening.

Very cool little town with plenty to do for a 3-5 day trip. Great hiking, everything easily accessible on foot. Great base for exploring Isle of Arran. Busses can get you anywhere else in the island you want to be. Easy ferry to the mainland.

We came to Arran for personal, nostalgic reasons and enjoyed ourselves so much we are planning to come back with other family members. Everything about our stay was a pleasure, with a highlight being the Arran Museum, so interesting and informative, and their cafe had the most delicious homemade food (all from one cook I believe, kudos!). Our explorations were so engrossing we didn't go to Brodick Castle, so that will be something for next time. We even found lovely, personal souvenirs in the thrift shop by the quay while were parked in line for the ferry! We rented a car and appreciated the freedom it gave us, though communication with the ferry service was nerve-wracking. May I suggest better information and directions to the standing stones and other prehistoric riches, and whether hiking shoes would be appropriate?

Fantastic scenery especially if you enjoy walking. Local amenities good and easy accessible dog friendly and locals themselves very friendly. Great bus service for those who don't drive. Brodick castle well worth a visit stunning gardens and views.

Have now stayed at this hotel 4 times. This itself speaks volumes. Staff are excellent and breakfast are amazing. Room was a little warm however there was a rare heat wave at the time. Lets not complain as it is Scotland :) . Arran is a wonderful Island to visit as is this hotel, albeit a little expensive.

The room was just luxurious and the staff are so friendly and helpful.It is obvious that this hotel is very dog friendly too. All the little extras. The spa facilities are just exceptional. The food was just amazing and we ate in both restaurants. Lots to choose from for breakfast buffet too. Lovely grounds to walk around and plenty to keep you busy. Must be the best hotel in Scotland.

Room rates very good for Arran.. room clean and all we needed for our stay Breakfast superb lots of choice well presented we sat in bar area with our wee dog .loved beer garden great view and our dog had fun as lots of space around hotel for walks . tasty evening meals available and fun quiz nights. Staff were great very friendly and professional
