What a lovely little escape this is, Neil nad Claire have created a little piece of heaven in their converted barn. Stayed for the week whilst woring in the area and out of all the places we have stayed for work, this is by far the best. Fresh eggs in the moring from their farm, a family of Peacocks to admire and the horses are amazing creatures, as hosts go they are so down to earth and can't do enough for you. Personal farm tours and just giving people the pleasure to enjoy what they have created. 100% recommended and if ever in the area again it will be the first place to try to book. Thank you Claire and Neil for the experiance. Dave and Ricky.

We stayed for a couple of nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. We felt pampered and very well taken care of. Used the facilities to the fullest, went for walkes, trained at the gym, went to the pool and got treatments at the Spa. A big shout out to Beatrice who was amazing and went above and beyond for a very tired lady.

1. Incredibly beautiful quiet countryside setting an hour from London Heathrow. It is an old manor set amongst meadows and woodlands, exquisitely maintained, with gorgeous gardens of produce and romantic walkways. 2. The service was impeccable (hard to find these days), without a single flaw. The motto seemed to be "your wish is our command". "Izzy" at reception was very proactive in making sure we had the massage we requested on very short notice on arrival, kudos to her. Laundry would be delivered same-day at reasonable prices. Restaurant service was white table cloth and professional. Room service arrived at the requested time, hot and as requested. The Do Not Disturb sign was honored. 3. The multi-course fine dining experience was perfect , with brilliant service and a very helpful sommelier who assisted in navigating the massive wine list. Breakfast juices were fresh-squeezed and delicious. 4. Our upper floor spacious room ("Pear"), had a deep, copper-coated tub and separate shower, a high ceiling, and a very comfortable bed, mini-bar, adequate hanging space and drawers including bedside drawers. I was happy that key information about Gravetye for guests did not require use of a QR code, but was instead printed and accessible, the old-fashioned way. 5. Hosts provided a pre-printed list of five local walks one could do straight from Gravetye, without having to drive.

Staff pleasant food ok and beds comfortable, Rooms very poor, carpets need replacing, and rooms need upgrading. All common areas need upgrading in lounge area settees very worn with no support. Bar very poor no brandy or Scottish malt whisky

The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent. The carpet in the hallways needs replacing especially outside our room which was on the ground floor. Room was a good size and clean but they do need a bit of updating although please dont replace the beds as they are really comfy. We’ve stayed here numerous times and look forward to our next visit. Staff are very friendly so thank you.

Service was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable,,particularly the bed. A very comfortable sleeping. Good to have comfortable areas just to chill if needed. The staff worked clearly as a team. They always checked that all was OK.

This hotel is an ideal place to stay for visiting Ashdown Forest. Everything winning the pooh related was a short drive away. I would say you would definitely need a car for getting around this area. The service from staff is exemplary and very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and a good size. We had breakfast and dinner here and the food was delicious.

I loved this area, and the bus can get you to the town and there's plenty to eat and explore in town BUT to get to the beautiful ashdown forest or forests/farms around, I would recommend having a car.

WOW!!!! Ashdown Park is hands down one of the best places I've been too. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Can't fault the food or room service, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is after a break and a really relaxing time away. 10/10 I will be going back as its a lovely place to stay. Location is excellent if you want to be walking distance to the centre of Forest Row. As for the accommodation, what a lovely surprise. Everything we needed was provided and on top of this it was spotlessly clean.
