A gem of a find. Self contained tiny yet spacious apartment with everything you could need. We had a brief overnight stop but would be happy to book again and stay longer. Spotlessly clean and good decor throughout. Comfortable bed, electric heaters which we could control! Sweets, biscuits, bread, butter, jam, honey, beers and cereals all provided along with the usual tea and coffee. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into this apartment. We loved it. And the bonus...not too far from the sea and sand dunes

For us we liked been able to be near the beach plenty of walks with our dogs well fenced garden as well loads round about formby lovely we ate mostly at the pheasant restaurant in formby a little cafe called the kitchen made good breakfast and lunches also dog friendly

Everything!! A very quiet location with the most beautiful room I’ve ever seen. Everything you needed was available & nothing went amiss. I have already asked if we can go back, as this, to me, was far better than the hotel we stayed at in London 2 weeks before.

Great location for Formby Village and transport links: Merseyrail. Only 30mins from Liverpool by train. Fine for a couple or small family. Great TV. Adequate kitchen facilities. Excellent shower room.
