Staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging a table in the restaurant for me both nights. It was possible to book breakfast for only 1 day, since the other day I had to leave before breakfast. The room itself was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, friendly staff again, and very accommodating. The Kelpies really are about 10-15 minutes walking. Other sights are within driving distance. Free parking, plenty of space.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at , just like the photos , very polite welcoming staff , very clean modern , spacious , lovely area , just a semi short drive to Edinburgh. Nice takeaways and shops nearby , free parking , very clean very comfy even had microwave , fridge freezer , smart tv with Netflix , adjustable AC/heating and colored lights for the room , have 0 complaints .

Fabulous comfortable room. Staff, especially Amy the supervisor/manager, we're all welcoming and super friendly and efficient. Location was great and having Beijing Banquet restaurant below the hotel made dinner very easy, and it was the best Chinese buffet we've ever been to!

They had me on the top floor on this trip I reinjured my hip. They were so kind and upgraded me with a garden suite. It was amazing with a kitchen and two bedroom. I ate dinner and breakfast at the Copper Kiln and was amazing.

The spa and restaurant made for a lovely stay! The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful as we arrived on bikes. They allowed us to store our bikes in their back office. This allowed us to not worry about our bikes during our stay. The spa was especially lovely and we loved our massages. It was a beautiful experience.

The hotel is lovely. I was there nine nights, and it felt like home. Fabulous bathroom: large shower and lots of instant hot water! The restaurant offered diverse dishes. Everything that I had was very good. Best of all were the people (reception, waitstaff, room attendants). They were all lovely and so helpful.

    Location is very good a stone throw away from Falkirk. Room decor from the 80s. Ground floor external rooms are noisy. Price was decent with buffet breakfast included. However breakfast needs to be covered on display, bacon dried out and was too hard to eat...not crispy ! Staff were very helpful.

    There are so many interesting attractions locally and...

    There are so many interesting attractions locally and Grangemouth puts you in easy traveling distance for both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Loved the Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel. The walks along the canals were lovely and lots of nice places to eat. The locals are really friendly.

    Grangemouth is an industrial busy area but is close to all tourist and interesting facilities. Not a lot to be seen in the town just used it as a base and spent no time at all in the town. There are plenty of of great places in the local area for food and interesting places.

    The personnal ot the hotel is really charming.

    The personnal ot the hotel is really charming. Nice parking open air. The only regret : no elevator and my suitcase was so heavy. Close to two good attraction not far away = the Kelpies, fantastic inox sculpture and The Wheel, great technology. You can go to Linlithgow but the castle is closed for heavy restauration. And Edinburg is not so far.

    Grangemouth itself is quite industrialised, but it does have a few gems dotted around. Namely the Kelpies, canal and just a short drive or cycle away the Falkirk wheel. There's some nice parks dotted around to walk or cycle in and if you have the time and energy the canal paths can take you all the way to Edinburgh or Glasgow.

    The hotel is set back from a major road, so not too noisy. large car park. On arrival we were given a fabulous room, apparently it is the bridal suite!!. Such a great treat, large bed, sitting area, beautiful appointed bathroom. Cooks kitchen is situated within the car park area and was a great place for evening meals, great variety and good quality of both produce and service. Make sure you book prior however as it does get busy and they did have to turn some people away.
