Lovely village.

Nice popular village with lots of walks in the area and a few you can do right from your door. It also has 2 good pubs both of which do nice food (booking very muchrecommended). The village shop is excellent and seems to sell almost anything you could need. Very pleasant small village, perhaps a bit "touristy", but not surprising considering its location. Small and very easy to walk round. Free street parking in centre, but I think there is a pay parking area. Two pubs/hotels. We avoided the Charles Cotton due to our experience on a previous visit. Kieran and the team kept us very well informed about how to access the hotel and room. They also provided options to eat/drink late as they stop serving food at 3pm and drinks at 5pm on Sundays.
