Great location. Very cozy and feels like home. The staff is very friendly and positive. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet. Breakfast is great with the great service! These little details like nice relaxing music playing in a little radio when we arrived, handwritten note wishing us a good stay on the bed table. We had a short stay but we will definitely be back. The room was really clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, modern. I liked the bathroom as it had a big shower head over, so I could just let the water pour on me and relax, and was also modern furnished, and nice fluffy towels. All the building was really good-looking, with double-glazed windows and solid doors. The reception desk was open 24h. The pub was literally just 10 feet away from the reception. It was also really nice furnished, with plenty tables inside, as well outside on the terrace. Staff was really professional and friendly. The food was great, so were the drinks. I had Double Chicken from the dinner menu, with a glass of white wine, and I struggled to eat everything, as the portion was big. The wine was just great. I paid around 25£ for the meal. And for the room, for only one night, solo traveler, around 85£. I would say it was not cheap, but the location was really good, quiet, close to Stanstead Airport, and I would dare to say posh enough. I would definetly go again!

The staff member at check in was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar was still serving food until a reasonably late hour which was very handy for us. The room was clean, modern and had everything you can ask for. Bed was comfortable. There was a shuttle service to the airport which was cheap and very efficient. Would absolutely stay here again.
