Due to the storm this weekend and the river over flowing there were a few road closures around the area. Staff came out and helped us find our way as our maps weren't updating. They couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated it! The rooms were big, modern and spacious. Breakfast was continental and then a choice of cooked options to follow. Pancakes were freshly made and delicious!

The location was extremely convenient and more than everything we wanted to thank the wonderful staff to make our stay a memorable one! We were there for one night on our way elsewhere to celebrate our anniversary. We were welcomed warmly and with amazing lovely surprises that made us feel extremely special .. Cosy, quiet loft room that has the most comfortable (and enormous) bed I’ve ever slept on in the UK. Completely sound proof, we didn’t hear a single sound from the pub downstairs. Staff were amazing, food was excellent.
