Within 5 minutes walk from the pretty historic village of Lacock, this place is a gem. The rectory has been tastefully restored, and everything feels new and fresh. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was generous. The bed was comfortable, and our room had a view out over the beautiful garden. However the best part of our stay was not the property, but the hosts Helen and Wyatt. There were helpful and friendly and went way above and beyond expectation. Nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return.

It is a beautiful historical house. The owner as well as the staff are very friendly and helpful and willing to share history of the town. The facilities are good and done in line with the character of the building. And I loved the bath products that were supplied. It smelled absolutely divine. We, a family of four, including parents, stayed at White Hart Hotel-Ford and we had a wonderful time there. We loved the atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We took a walk from the Hotel to Castle Comb which we enjoyed a lot. Had lunch, dinner and next day breakfast from the Hotel. Food was great!!! The hot chocolate was lovely. If you are planning to explore Cotswolds while enjoying great hospitality, we highly recommend White Hart! We are thankful to the amazing White Hart Team including the Manager for making our stay memorable!
