My stay at the Park House Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is set in dreamlike gardens, with charming buildings that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was lovely, with a super comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom, making it a perfect retreat. The swimming pool was excellent, adding to the relaxing experience. The staff were absolutely lovely—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant deserves special mention: the food was outstanding, truly star-quality, and a highlight of the stay. Overall, Park House Hotel is the perfect place to relax, enjoy life, and indulge in a little luxury.

    Lovely little village on the edge of the south downs.

    Lovely little village on the edge of the south downs. Nice pubs, close to Petersfield if you don’t have a car (you can get the train and uber to Rake itself). Beautiful scenery and great for stargazing. Would recommend a shorter stay as it is a small village so there isnt tons to do.
