As we arrived to a warm welcome we immediately felt comfortable in our surroundings. A perfect peaceful location situated just outside Bottesford. Our double room was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nice comfy bed. The view from our room overlooked the large garden and pond at the back with a cottage and cattle sheds to the left. Breakfast was very nice with cereal, fruit, toast and full english on offer whilst sitting at a large communal table surrounded by lovely interesting antiques. Richard and Helen are very friendly, lovely people, and we enjoyed their hospitality.

The location was wonderfull! A nice and peacefull road with absolute silence and tranquility. The hosts are the most friendly and kind people you will ever meet in your life, they make sure you are confertable and the rooms reflect that with a nice soft and comfy bed. The rooms where very clean and fresh and the breakfest, dont get me startet this was by far the best english home made breakfest i ever had. Greeted at checkin and found our host to be lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room was well appointed. spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, cooked beautifully and well presented. The whole site is well appointed and worth a visit. Thank you for the fresh berries and yoghurt. They were perfect.
