Staff were very friendly providing great service and the rooms were neat and clean. Car parking was easy to arrange. We had a good breakfast and would definitely stay again when in the area.

I was just staying in Sheene Mill for 1 night in Autumn to visit a friend who lives locally and it was a perfect place to rest. The room I stayed in was spacious and stunning, with exposed beams and beautiful wooden furnishings to give it that classic atmosphere. The staff were both professional and approachable. The hotel itself seems to be a fantastic venue for weddings and other events; it had a bar, big restaurant/kitchen, plenty of seating both inside and outside, and plenty of parking. I loved going outside to the beautiful garden with a river running through it. This setting was extra beautiful at night when all the lights came on! The wildlife was fascinating to watch, too. It's clear that this hotel is very well taken care of and I recommend it highly.

I stayed in one of the apartments belonging to the Old Bull Inn - the apartments are in an annex building a few steps away from the main building, but I still had access to all the same perks (breakfast, etc) as any other guest. The apartment was absolutely beautiful - spotlessly clean and well-kept - and the Inn's staff were wonderful from the time of my arrival, carrying my luggage over to the annex and up the single flight of stairs for me (there is no lift, so be warned if that's an issue for you), and seeing that I was comfortably installed. I ate my meals at the Old Bull, and the food and service were both excellent. I had a wonderful stay here, and would happily return.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is spotless – a beautiful bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very clean and cozy room. Everything looks impeccable. I really appreciated the fresh fruits that were kindly left for me. The terrace is lovely, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. I will definitely come back every time I visit Cambridge. Many thanks to the hosts for their warm hospitality!

The location was perfect, it was clean and comfortable, we were a family of 4 adults and ther was plenty of room for us all, Laura the host was amazing, she provided plenty of information, and was on hand if we needed anything, would highly recommend this apartment, if you need a place to stay in Royston. Lovely, modern & cozy house with all necessary facilities. Located in a quiet area. The whole house is presented to a high standard, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs and a smaller toilet downstairs. Kitchen includes all necessary facilities to be able to cook yourself and has a dining table. Parking space available too. Great Wifi connection. We used the nearby park and ride to get into the city, this is a short walk from the house. There are supermarkets nearby too. Communication with the hosts was prompt, and they provided useful information about the house and local area which was great being new to Cambridge. Thank you to the hosts for being so helpful and welcoming, we appreciated the chocolates & will definitely book again when visititng Cambridge!!

    Very quiet, peaceful (which we loved).

    Very quiet, peaceful (which we loved). We drove through Shepreth a few times and was surprised by the number of thatched cottages. Also the different types of buildings from very old to ultra modern. Saw a small shop and a little cafe. The camera was out and many photos taken.
