The rooms are great value for money. They are en-suite with walk- in shower facilities and have tv with free wi-fi service. These rooms have recently been modernised and are, most importantly, very clean and welcoming. The staff are very obliging and the proprietors, Mike and Marie go out of their way to meet any of your requests. The bar is a must visit for a drink or two where the welcome continues. A sound sleep is also assured. This is a great location for those interested in local sporting events such as rugby or horse racing as Twickenham, Sandown Park and Kempton Park are close by. For breakfast, we chose to eat elsewhere as we were meeting other friends for breakfast at local restaurants nearby.

Everything was great! Staff were very polite and helpful. It was very quiet throughout the night , which is quite rare for hotels. Breakfast was also very good. Special thanks to the petite girl with brown hair from reception, she solved all our issues very swiftly and was very nice.

The staff were lovely welcoming and friendly and the food was very good. As a single woman traveller I felt safe and well looked after. My dog was also very welcome and the location near the parks was perfect. The hotel parking was also very useful. I would highly recommend

The room was large, spacious and very comfortable. The pub below was an added bonus where staff where friendly and food great. The location was perfect for us with the Southside Mall close by and regular buses going past.

Great friendly pub stay, we had a large and very quiet room with a perfect location for easy access to tube trains and so while of London. Felt safe coming home late from theatre and shows as only few minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park tube. Museums, Kew Gardens etc all very easy distance, by tube. Fun pub food and activities every day downstairs which was perfect when we did not want to travel far.

i loved that it's just a walking distance from T4 and the underground. unlike other LHR hotels, this is a great choice with reasonable prices for last minute bookings and when you arrive too late in the night.
