Everything, breakfast was good, room big and warm. Gym maybe a bit dated but still fantastic and met our needs. Water pressure in the room is the best I have seen at a hotel. Breakfast got cancelled on 2 mornings, but we had advance warning from the property, money taken off and made alternative plans. Not really a negative, it just goes to show that the property can effectively communicate with the customers when they are unable to provide some of the services.

I was looking for hotels in Northampton and the add for Mitchell Hall popped up. I booked thinking it is in Northampton, but Mitchell Hall was 30 minutes away from Northampton. It felt like false advertisement. Other than that, my stay was awesome! The room was very nice and bed very comfy. The food was very delicious. And the manager on shift was very helpful and accomodating and helped me by explaining how I can get to Northampton by bus if I needed to, as I drove my car. He was quick to resolve any issues, and also let me borrow a HDMI cable during my stay! Great manager!

Thanks a lot to the lovely and helpful staff at the reception. I was given a warm welcome and stayed one more night than I originally wanted to. Good parking situation (you just need to put your car plate number into a monitor at the reception), food a bit expensive, but fast service and really quite good. Big room - aircondition - dog friendly, comfy beds, nice bathroom with a separate toilet. Had a very good sleep. Thanks for everything!

There was no Breakfast included and this stay had a shared kitchen which was fine but it was not at all in a clean condition, the shared house accommodation was not quality for money at all, it was a run dilapidated state, ripped dirty carpets, visible floorboards, dirty window ledges, upon arriving i was not even able to get into the property securely , i would not stay here again
