The rooms have wooden beds and bathrooms. Each room has a balcony. The hosts helped with everything. We checked in late and had no problems. It has a beautiful view and a perfect location. This is definitely a house to stay in when you go to this region. Breakfast and dinner facilities are available at very affordable prices.

Its probably the most beautiful hotel in Mestia. Hipster design with Georgian touch, comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast. We stayed few days in Mestia before sind after hiking ad enjoyed it a lot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a great hotel.

This is a very good value hotel, which is primarily used for tour groups. The hotel is only ten minutes walk from the centre. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the mountains which was very good. The room is a good size and the twin beds were surprisingly, extremely comfortable. Simple breakfast but adequate. WiFi in our room was very weak, however in the reception area there is a strong signal. Outside the front of the hotel in the garden, there is a very good covered terrace area with plenty tables and chairs. The manager was very pleasant and helpful with any requests. Overall great value.

Excellent place - homey, family run hotel with great location near the center of Mestia. The staff is very friendly. The unique history and atmosphere of the building makes the hotel more interesting. The owners asisst with great advices & helped to arrange some sightseeing tours in Mestia. Great value for money , highly recommended to everybody!
