I stumbled upon this hotel by chance — thanks to Booking for showing options within 50 km! And it turned out to be an incredible find. I originally planned to stay for 2 days, but ended up spending 2 weeks because this place is truly special. I am very grateful to Hatuna and Salome for the love and care they put into the house and every detail — the interior, furniture, and garden. Nothing here is random: you can see how much effort, love, and attention is invested in every little thing. The whole atmosphere is filled with warmth and creativity. I highly recommend it!

This place is once in a lifetime experience. It's like living on the fairytale. Everything is very authentic and give you a feeling you are back in time. I arrived in at Kutaisi airport in the middle of the night. Although my flight was delayed and immigration took me a bit the driver of the hotel which I booked in advance was patiently waiting for me. We reached the hotel in about 10 minutes, everything was perfectly clean and I could rest a few hours before my connecting flight in the next morning :-).

It was a wonderful and hospitable stay. The host was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious! The place was cozy and clean. They also offer transfers from the airport to the hotel. I recommend it.

It was a night sleepover for Kutaisi airport. I was picked up and delivered to the airport. At living room there was a fireplace already running. Also I requested a dinner and it was delicious with local spirits.

It’s the best place and the best host we’ve ever had! We came for one night with a group of friends and ended up staying for another — it was just so good we couldn’t leave. Huge thanks to the host — he was incredibly caring, hospitable, and even gave us a tour around the area. He’s an absolute legend and made our weekend unforgettable. The house is also very cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. And the location… truly beyond words. Would love to come back and I highly recommend visiting this place!
