The hotel has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the mountains – and as a thoughtful detail, the beds were positioned so you could wake up to the view directly from the window. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with great attention to comfort. The food was one of the highlights – the breakfast and the delicious local dishes tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped us arrange a guided tour to Vardzia, Rabati, and Khertvisi Fortress, which is a memorable experience. Everything worked perfectly. A particularly nice touch was that we were allowed to choose our room upon arrival and even received a bottle of wine when we checked out – such great hospitality!

Excellent hotel with a magnificent view from the terrace to the beautiful mountains. The staff is beyond praise, who greets guests as if they were his family! The room and the hotel in general are perfectly clean - everything exudes the aroma of newness. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. Had the most amazing stay at Evergreen if only just to meet Zura and his wife who are among the kindest people I have ever met. For example, I was tired after driving from Tbilisi (if you have driven in Georgia you will understand why :-)) and Zura was kind enough to drive us down to town in the evening and pick us up later. My car also had a battery issue and Zura again jumped in to solve the problem. The hotel is located in the middle of the forest but only a 5-min walk to the cable car which for 1€ takes you down to Borjomi. Once again, 110% recommend Hotel Evergreen as the best option to stay in Borjomi.

The walk at the green pine tree garden was awesome. Hotel breakfast was good. The pool in the basement is just awesome 👌. We did try the European restaurant and it was good, with great vegetarian options. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend this place. If I have to be absolutely critical then the room size is a little small but the ceiling height is great soo it doesn't feel small. The view is amazing. They also have the water dom with natural mineral water which is awesome. 10 out 10 this place.
