Everything was as expected and more, fully equipped kitchen with 4 hob and double oven. Washing machine, tv, views was fantastic. Smart, modern property, self check in, very easy, arrival message on whatts app, key code issued on touch down, knew exactly where to go as was given location pin too all before we even made passport control. Fab host, fab property will definitely use again along with others. Family had gone here for the past 30 years to this island and this by far beats any all inclusive package.

Nice quiet apartment with excellent private pool. Spacious and comfortable, with the option to use the slightly bigger main pool at the development. Possible to walk up the hill to some villages nearby. Free use of sun loungers at connected beach bar as well (around 10 mins drive away).

After check out, we were still able to store our luggage whilst exploring the island and we were still able to access the spa facilities. After a cancelled flight, the staff were happy to help us with booking another room and promised the same the day after.

The sea front location was fabulous. Bring able to sit on the balcony and see and hear the sea was great. The food was excellent and good value. The ability to use the sister hotel pool was an added bonus.

Excellent hotel with the best service and staff. The staff is attentive, the rooms are very clean and the service is the best. The private beach is amazing, we had the best vacation here. Food and drinks are delicious. The atmosphere was always harmonious and we can't wait to come back.

Classic building beautifully renovated direct on the sea front and easy walking distance to all the sights. Staff are exceptional and really work hard to make everyone’s stay to be the very best they can. The restaurant is also well worth a visit even for non-residents. Great takes on traditional Greek dishes as well as more modern recipes. Breakfast on the terrace one of the best ever if you don’t mind ordering from a menu.

1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

Boutique and luxurious! Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff… Everyone was so warm and welcoming that it made us feel absolutely amazing. At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!
