I give full marks for our experience at this hotel. The location is very good, right in the center. It was converted into a hotel by restoring a historical building. Our room also had a kitchen. Nothing was broken, the heating was good, the water was hot. We were kindly welcomed, they offered wine for the new year. The price is reasonable. There is a cafe and restaurant downstairs. It is a place we will prefer when we come again.

There are a lot of varieties for breakfast and the food tastes great. We got a seaside room with a big balcony with perfect view. You can feel and smell the sea right in your room. We managed to shoot tremendous photos of beautiful sunrise right on our balcony. The hotel is about five-minutes' drive from the airport and the Chios port and city which is very convenient. The staff is very nice, fluent in English, polite and always available when at necessary.

The facility is very clean, the location is very nice, comfortable and convenient. The landlord is very interested and answers questions immediately. We easily entered the house ourselves. We recently stayed at Terra Homerica and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, being very close to the city center, which made exploring the local attractions incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern and stylish decor that made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. What truly set Terra homerica, though, was the wonderful hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. 1.located just 2 corners away from a main shopping area , where you have access to cafes, clothing and shoes shops, drug marts etc and it also walking distance to the port 2.Sensible fixture and furniture placement : the apartment is well designed, all the plugs are set close to the coffee tables on both sides of the bed and also the dining table. There are also a few more plugs close to the full mirror by the door . I don’t have to use extension cords. The amount of light in the bathroom is great for make up application. The apartment can be as well lit as you want. 3: I normally bring my own cleaning supplies but it gives me peace knowing the apartment provides shampoo and conditioner , shower gel as well 4: the hairdryer works fine 5: there is enough hot water to shower 6: the toilet is GREAT, it actually flushes well 7: the bed and pillows are comfortable 8: room is spaces enough for larger suitcases 9: owners are very welcoming and helpful 10: self check in procedure is simple

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The owners are very kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is safe, quiet and very central, one can walk to the center. Also if you have a car, there’s a parking spot right in front of the building.
