Quiet area with a couple of very good tavernas walking distance. Nice terrace with sea view. Responsive staff. Parking. Overall a good price/quality ratio, you get what you paid for.

Everything was perfect. The accomodation was very comfortable, the food was various and delicious, people who are working there are amazing, friendly and at your service with everything. Every night was a different music or band. We had an amazing view to the sea with our own pool, it was our honeymoon and it was perfect, fully reccomend. And only adults.

Everything about this hotel and all staff was extraordinary. All people were so nice, always smiling, willing to help. My husband and I travel a lot, but this time we were surprised in all ways - service, beauty of hotel, massages, help from concierge to book everything that we needed. The food was great as well. I cannot imagine better place for vacation so far. Loved it and definitely coming back! 🤗

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by Angelica at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information in a clear and concise manner. The bedding was also remarkable, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom and shower were also very impressive, providing a clean and refreshing experience. The breakfast provided was plentiful and satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The excellent service provided by Angelica and the comfortable amenities, including the bedding and bathroom facilities, make this hotel a great choice for any traveler.

Our stay was just amazing! We had 7 fabulous nights and cannot wait to go back again. The whole experience was made even more special by the wonderful staff - especially in the restaurants - Gaia Restaurant - Peggy, Konstantinos and Eugine - and the fabulous Osteria Restaurant with spectacular food and setting, not to mention the great live entertainment and the truly amazing staff - Noni and Konstantina - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Nico at the front entrance was always there to greet us with a friendly smile and chat, and Vasslis the Operations Manager made time to speak with guests and it was a real pleasure to meet him. Guests are treated like friends and many guests have returned year after year and we can see why.

The staff is amazing. They are professional and super friendly. They remember specific preferences guests have and do anything to make your stay unforgettable. The suites are modern with amazing views. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of options from the buffet and a variety of options a la carts on top of that. George and Kostas in the bar create cocktails that are little artworks. I stay in hotels about 150 nights a year and to my opinion, Zante Maris Suites is a winner.

Good resort, with supermarkets and bus stop into Zakynthos...

Good resort, with supermarkets and bus stop into Zakynthos town. Beautiful crystal clear sea. Buy the local wine, it’s really cheap. Avoid the cocktails, very weak! The Carrefour supermarket opposite Dreams hotel had the best fresh produce, we always went there rather than the one by the bus stop.

The villa was very nice, comfortable and big enough for a family of 6 people. we liked the position, because we could directly see the sea and the closest bay was accessible by foot. Also there are no direct neighbors and it is not directly in Tsilivi city so the place was quite quiet. We also liked the pool that was being cleaned 2 times a week for us. Air-conditioning was working well and the villa offered also alarm. The island was beautiful, we will be happy to come back again.

The area and Villa is quiet and peaceful but there are plenty of restaurants and places to visit. The locals are so friendly and helpful. Tsilivi is only a 5 minute drive and is lively and great for families and couples alike. We love the area and have been coming to Zakynthos for 19 years and to Villa Mari for 9 years. Nothing negative to say about it all. We simply love it!
