Our stay at Villa Maria was nice and smooth. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures, very nice and clean and had all the necessary equipment. The hosts were friendly and willing to help if we needed anything. The proximity to the beach was perfect. There were a lot of families with children and it was a perfect choice for them. The children brought a lot of joy and energy to the place, which might not suit everyone (maybe older visitors), but for us it was not problem at all. Everyone always respected quiet hours and the walls insulated the noise well. We loved the big and spacious and shaded balcony. We came with a medium sized dog and there were not many options for walks with him but we managed. There was no problem with the dog on the beach either. The nearest beach had both sand and pebbles and the water was clean. The village center with restaurants and shops is close, but the area around the villa is quiet enough. Nea Skioni was a good place to walk around Kassandra. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria and can recommend it :)

Very well equiped Apartment, enough of everything you are often missing (detergent, laundry detergent, Trash bags, toilet paper), You even get fresh towels every second day. Theo Location is next to Taverns, but it is still very quiet, supermarkets are around the Corner and the beach is less than 5 Minutes away by foot. Sophia and Christo are so lovely and helpful!

    It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants. Masutis is the best supermarket in the area. Nea Skioni is rather calm place compared to some others on Kasandra. The roads are not very good although there is not that much traffic.

    A small and peaceful village, like the others around it. Everything is within convenient distance and accessible. Pleasant taverns and service. There is no entertainment and no sights, but it is a very good place to rest.

    A pretty seaside town with a church, a beach area, restaurants along the beach and the main street, a port and several supermarkets. The central beach is relatively nice, with fine sand. There is a free zone as well as a paid zone with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a volleyball court and showers. The water looked clean and the beach itself is relatively clean. We weren't particularly impressed with the restaurants, maybe we just didn't happen.

    A small authentic Greek village easy to reach. We found shops, taverns, playgrounds and fun. A small harbor and a beach to match. I found everything I needed at reasonable prices. We ate traditional Greek food, pizza, fish, calamari, fresh shrimp. Everything was up to expectations.

    Good tavernas, still welcoming at the end of the season.

    Good tavernas, still welcoming at the end of the season. Quiet with easy access to main road for other parts of the peninsula. We came in Spring 2019 - wonderful for wildlife - nightingales everywhere, and great flowers. We drive quite a lot so the ends and east coast of Kassandra are easy to visit Nea Skioni is compact but has tavernas and shops in the back streets that we never went in - no time/energy! The villa was perfect for us, everything you could wish for - just like you'd want for a holiday home. The beds were superb. Balconies on 3 sides always gave shelter from breezes or sun. We will return - absolutely certain, assuming good health and no more pandemics,

    We had a wonderful stay in this lovely accommodation in Nea Skioni. Both the property and the host were absolutely amazing! The owner is very kind and welcoming. Her hospitality and helpfulness truly stood out and added so much to our overall experience. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The garden filled with lemon trees added a special charm. The location is excellent — just a minute walk to the beach and close to several tavernas. Highly recommend and we would definitely love to come back!

    Everything was exceptional. We enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts, the accommodation, the location, the view, the garden with flowers, the olive orchard the pebble beach. The hotel is new, very clean and very well equipped. Christina and her family are amazing, attentive and always willing to help and ensure a perfect vacation for the guests.     The hotel location is very nice. It has a marvelous view to the sea and sunsets. We liked the hotel room. It was clean and neat. We enjoyed our garden and the hotel yard as well. The staff was very nice and hospitable. We also liked the breakfast but there is no variety in the menu. If you plan to stay for a long time, this could be a problem.
