Wonderful place with nice pool above the best beach in Bali. Very kind owner. Comfortable room with incredible view. For the comfort, price, view and kind staff this is the only place I would atay in Bali which I have come back to for 3 years. Next to the hotel is a restaurant that locals recommend. And 2 mini markets up the street for drinks or suplies. We got coffee packets for breakfast instead to taking good breakfast for early breakfast. Kind owner took our heavy luggage up to our room and back down to parking lot for taxi pickup. Highly recommend for view, pool, location, kind owner and price

Best things: kindness and helpfulness of the staff (we have never encountered a higher level of professionalism even in a five-star hotel), spacious room with great view, perfect location (a great sandy beach is a 1 min walk away, city centre is about 6-8 minutes). The residence is a very spacious (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen, living room with large TV), clean and newly built house. It is very well equipped (oven, large refrigerator, washing machine) and ideal for large families and groups. The service was also very kind: we could tune our check-in and check-out hours without problems. Bonus Points: Easy parking in a shadowy place very close to the house + Purchase of the essentials in the mini market near the house.
