Arrived to such a warm welcome which continued for the week we were there , nothing was too much trouble and so helpful , spotless clean and great view from our room , bus stopped right outside which was handy as we had stayed in chania for a few days prior, great value for money accommodation

There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. We want to already re-book for next year. Our kids did not want to leave!!!

We stayed at this stunning adults hotel in Crete, and choosing the all-inclusive package was the best decision we made – just remember to leave tips for the waiters and bar staff, they truly deserve it! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a dreamlike atmosphere. Around the pool, you’ll find both double sunbeds and regular ones, with plenty of spots in the sun as well as shaded areas – perfect for everyone’s needs. There’s also a main swimming pool, a shallow wading pool for pure relaxation, and a private beach where drinks are delivered straight to your lounger with just a quick tap on the app. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the entire staff was beyond amazing – from the friendly team who did everything to make our stay comfortable, to the manager who personally checked in on us. The cocktails from the bar were outstanding, and the food selection and quality at the dinner restaurant were truly impressive. We were on our honeymoon, and the level of pampering we received was simply beyond words. Highly recommended – and we will definitely return!

Ostrakon suites are amazing , the location , the quality of the accomodation and the wonderful Maria on reception .Maria was simply amazing , the moment we arrived Maria was so welcoming and friendly and greeted us every day with her beautiful personality . She constantly went above and beyond in recommending great restaurants , beaches and places to visit on the beautiful Island of Crete . Maria we will definitely see you again ♥️
