Fantastic apartment by a great host Marina. Everything is brand new and shiny clean! Fully furnished with large sofa and many cushions, table and chairs in the living room and a large double bed in bedroom. Great design with beautiful interior decoration where every detail is well thought of - scented candles, diffuser, designer clock on the wall, etc. High comfort with large TV, internet and aircondition. Kitchen is equipped with with everything you might need including all utensils, induction stove, ovn, extractor hood, microwave, large fridge with freezer and even a dishwasher! Bathroom is sparkling clean with large shower cabin, fancy sink and mirror with inbuilt light to better see the suntan you got on the beach which is very close. A small terrasse to enjoy surrounding nature and dry your swimwear after visiting the beach. The parking lot is private and spacy. The host is very kind, friendly and helpful with lots of tips for local area including shopping and sightseeing.

Hotel and the facilities are perfect for families with children as it has amazing surroundings, beautiful nature and Petrcane are really close to Zadar which is a beautiful city. Very nice Apartment, located next to the sea. We booked short term, just half an hour in advance. We have been awaited by the lady of the house. The heating had been on and the apartment has been nice and warm (this is not typical if you book short term in the middle of the winter).
