This hotel is absolutely perfect! I adored every aspect of it! The location is wonderfully secluded, providing a serene and quiet atmosphere. The beaches are not too far away by car, If you prefer not to stay by the pool. The restaurant and the food they serve are truly outstanding! I mean it, genuinely! The entire staff was exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and really professional. I absolutely loved my time here and I cant wait to come back!

An exceptional choice to stay in Istria Region. The booking page does justice with what you encounter. Superb overall comfort and an AMAZING breakfast. Really nice pool. The location of the hotel is really good, having restaurants within walking distance. For those with car, San Rocco can work a good base to explore the region. Areal, location, swimming pools - inside and outside, great garden and jazucci. Water inside swimming pool was really amazing. Great food both in SteakHouse and Pizzeria, even the prices were higher. Nice spot for the trips around - historical Buje, close to Piran, Portoroz, Trieste.

A wonderful apartment! A great place to stay, very thoughtfully decorated, incredibly charming, everything you could need is there. We loved everything about the place, and if our plans were different would have definitely stayed longer. We booked the accommodation at the last minute and only for two nights. Marko, the host, was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. It’s a modern property with three bedrooms and a living room, along with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed — truly fully stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire apartment was in excellent condition. Special mention goes to the wonderful terrace, which was a real highlight. Although the house is located in the outer district, we actually appreciated that — the quiet neighborhood made it easy for us to relax and get some good rest.
