Very chic hotel, located in a quiet area, close to the centre of this small town. There was free parking in front of the hotel (just needed to tell the receptionist that we have a car and they gave us a sign to put in our car so that we didn’t have to pay for the parking). We enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna a lot, the entire vibe of the hotel and the town actually.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, in the center of Fažana. Breakfast was well taken care of. The staff is very vigilant and fills food constantly, so it does not run out. You get also free joice, coffe, and prepared eggs per order.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and also good fun. Love the breakfast, so much on offer I couldn't try everything. The hotel owners also make wine, which is served at the hotel, pleasantly surprised as I've never tried Croatian wine before. The food is excellent in the restaurant, the octopus salad is a must, the ceviche incredible with home made bread served at wach meal. Wonderful service too. The secure underground parking was a huge bonus, even for a large SUV with a roof box, plenty of space. The room we had was big enough for the 3 of us, lovely comfortable beds and a partial sea view. The hotel is brand new and in a peaceful location on the sea front, a short drive away from Pula town centre if you want to enjoy a vibrant town centre. There is a local boat hire facility a short walk across the bridge into the Marina where there is also a restaurant and bar. A boat tour is a must, even for a few hours (negotiate on price) . Ask for Ivo, very friendly young man and capable skipper.

The host Alan was incredibly hospitable and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a serene and picturesque getaway in Istria.     Spacious and very clean; 2 min walk to the beach (use the one to the right of the restaurant); Outdoor shower and grill; All new appliances, and well working AC. Comfortable beds. Friendly hosts. Possible to sit outside, but it can get hot. Shaded parking. Peroj is smaller and quieter than the nearby towns, but has a small supermarkets and a bakery; it's a longish walk through (or a very short drive).

    Beautiful apartment with everything that one needs. There are few shops, a pizzeria and a bakery close by. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Large shower cabin in the bathroom. The garden is nice, well mentained and it has a BBQ area. The beach in the village is a pretty standard Croatian beach and I recommend going by car. Rovije and Pula are close and worth visiting.

    The place was around 5-10min from the beach by walk and 5min by car to Fazana, very nice and small village with restaurants and shops. Owners were really kind and caring, it felt like home there. 100% recommend
